Application
The health and safety of the dogs is a top priority at You Lucky Dog! All dogs are carefully screened to ensure they meet specific health and personality requirements. Some qualities include people and dog friendliness and non-possessiveness of toys, space or food. A complete list can be found on the Pet Profile Enrollment form which can be down loaded and completed before the first visit. There is a one-time, $30.00, non-refundable evaluation fee for each pet.
Application Process
It is very important to closely screen the dogs before they are allowed to play because they are interact with others in appropriate playgroups. Therefore, prior to your first visit to You Lucky Dog!, a completed application and Pet Profile needs to be completed and returned with a $30.00 non-refundable evaluation fee for each pet. Some of the requirements include but are not limited to:
- All dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age or older
- All dogs six (6) months or older must be spayed or neutered
- All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations including distemper/parvo combination, rabies and Bordetella.
